最近几天，关于德勤在中国的两家会计师事务所之一的德勤·关黄陈方会计师事务所有与超威动力进行联合财务造假嫌疑的一则新闻甚嚣尘上，了解这条新闻前，我们先来看看四大会计师事务所之一的德勤的发展史。

通常，德勤二字指的是“德勤全球”(Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu)的下属实体，或者这家瑞士组织遍布全球的分支机构和会员。德勤全球在其国际化的战略指引下，在近150个国家和地区内拥有下属企业，汇集了12万多的专家，并致力于为客户提供卓越的专家服务和咨询，其主要业务集中在四个领域：审计、税务规划、咨询和财务顾问，全球有一半以上的大型企业、国有企业、公共机构、本地重要客户以及成功的成长期企业都在享受着德勤的服务。这家企业采纳了合伙制的形式，本身不直接提高服务，而是通过其全球的会员企业来聚敛财务。

作为根据瑞士法律组成的社团性质的组织，德勤全球或者其任何成员企业都是独立的实体，互相独立，在“勤业”、“勤业众信”、“德勤全球”的名号下开展自己的业务。

早在1917年，德勤已认识到中国的商机，在上海成立办事处，成为首家在这个动感及繁荣的大城市开设分支机构的外国会计师事务所。

自1972年，德勤在香港特别行政区拥有了办事机构，这是几次成功并购的结果。在1989年，Deloitte Haskins & Sells International 和在1975年与日本的审计公司 Tohmatsu Awoki & Sanwa 联合的Touche Ross International 合并，形成了Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu， 即德勤全球。Spicer & Oppenheim 于1991年加入了我们在香港特别行政区和英国的国际网络。1997年，德勤与香港特别行政区最大的华人会计师事务所 - 关黄陈方会计师事务所 - 合并。

在2004年，德勤宣布其5年计划，于中国大陆，香港特别行政区及澳门特别行政区投资1亿5千万美元，这亦是德勤创建百多年来对单一市场所注入的最大一笔的投资。2005年，德勤中国宣布与中国大陆两家优秀的本地会计师事务所 - 北京天健和深圳天健信德进行合并。这两家事务所拥有大规模的客户群，并为大型国有企业、金融机构及中国本地客户提供服务。该两项合并将有助实现德勤于中国发展的远见，并提高我们服务高增长的本土市场的能力。

自上个世纪80年代以来，我们增设了事务所，在中国大陆及港澳地区拥有逾5,500名员工，分布在北京、大连、广州、香港、澳门、南京、上海、深圳、苏州和天津。
