小编相信，很多报考了ACCA的学员，都或多或少的了解过“OBU学位”，但若要深究，却未必那么清楚了，更不用说有方法的申请OBU了...
 
什么是OBU学位？
 
ACCA在2000年和牛津.布鲁克斯大学(Oxford Brookes University)建立了合作关系，使学员在学习ACCA专业资格的同时，有机会获得该校应用会计的（荣誉）理学士学位。牛津·布鲁克斯大学在2000年连续第五次被泰晤士报评为新大学中的第一名。该大学的应用会计（荣誉）理学士学位由于其充分考虑会计职业、实际工作及雇主对财会方面的要求，而受到高度评价。学员在通过ACCA第一、二部分九门课程的考试后，向该校提交一份研究和分析报告及主要能力陈述书供校方评估，就有机会获得上述学士学位。这个学位等同于在英国本土留学而获得的学位。
 
*注：此荣誉学位只是英国、澳洲大学学位的称呼，中国则只有学士学位。这个荣誉学位和某明星或成功人士被大学授予的荣誉称号是完全不一样的。荣誉学士学位是英国的高等级学位，分为一等荣誉学士学位、二等荣誉学士学位、三等荣誉学士学位、学士学位和diploma（合格证、结业证）。
 
学士学位最低级的是一般的degree，如果全A就是First Class，B就是Second upper class，依此类推……
 
英联邦国家的教育体系规定，First Class的bachelor with honours可以直接申请攻读博士学位。
 
学位等级的评定由论文及各个阶段的考试分数决定，能申请到一等荣誉学士学位的几率大概在30%。
 
如果拿到一等荣誉学士学位，可以申请世界上任何顶尖的学校而攻读硕士学位。
 
如果拿到二等荣誉学士学士，可以申请英国top5-top30，澳洲四星级学校，美国top30-top100学校，此学位目前没有得到教育部的认证，因为无法提供出入境证明，属于合作办学性质，这在国内是无法承认的。但是在国内私企、境外的任何公司，此学位认可度还是很高的。事实上，OBU荣誉学士学位的含金量与国内top10的会计类本科有的一拼。
 
申请OBU学位的条件：
 
1、注册过这个学位（可以在My ACCA中查看此学位的状态是否为opted-in）
 
2、通过前九门考试（F7，F8，F9不可以免考）
 
3、通过F7，F8，F9之前提交并通过英语成绩证明
 
4、完成道德模块测试（Professional Ethics module）
 
英语证明的提交：
 
● 在2014年6月及之前通过的F4考试可以直接当做英语证明，无需另外提交；
 
● 在2014年12月及之后通过F4考试需另外提交英语成绩证明，如大学英语六级，雅思，托福等（需要翻译后加盖公章）。
 
论文的提交包含：
 
A、7500字Research Report(RR)；
 
B、2000字Skills and Learning Statement(SLS)（包括15分钟Presentation on the project to your project mentor，需提交PPT）；
 
这两个部分要全部都通过才可以拿到学位，如哪个部分没过，下次只提交那个部分就好，每个学员共有3次提交机会，但每次都需缴纳评审费。学员需要找一名导师来辅导论文写作，并进行3次面谈（每次30分钟，第三次做15分钟presentation)。目前全球论文通过率只有50%。
 
Research and analysis report（RR）：
 
它共有20个题目可以选择，题目内容包罗万象，涉及很多内容。以第8个题目为例：需要分析一个公司最近3年的financial and business performance.
 
Skills and learning statement（SLS）:
 
它要回答四个问题：怎样跟导见三次面的？论文的研究目标如何达到的？怎么跟老师沟通的？论文的写作对你的学习和工作有多大帮助？这个SLS只有过和不过。决定这个SLS是否通过的方面有：语言，沟通，是否通过这个论文写作有收获和感悟，IT技术使用（PPT）等方面。
 
8-15号论文选题范围：
 
论文共有20个选题：
 
1）An analysis and evaluation of an organization——s budgetary control system and its links with performance management and decision making.
 
分析评估某个企业的预算控制系统，并找出该系统与企业的绩效管理以及企业决策三者之间的联系
 
2）An evaluation of how the introduction of a new technology can assist an organization in achieving its business objectives.
 
论述引进新技术是如何帮助企业实现运营目标的
 
3）An assessment of the potential impact of an aspect of impending legislation on the operations and financial position of an organization.
 
论述某个即将颁布的法案对企业内部的运营岗位以及财务岗位有什么潜移默化的影响
 
4）A review of the business management and accounting issues of environmental costs of an organization.
 
从征收环境保护费来论述商业管理和会计工作
 
5）An evaluation of the use of short term and long term Islamic financial instruments and their impact on the financial statements of an organization.
 
请分别从长期和短期来评估伊斯兰财经工具的作用以及他们对企业财务状况的影响
 
6）A critical review of key factors or indicators in the motivation of employees in an organization.
 
请考评阐述企业员工驱动力的形成要素或者考核指标进行关键性评价
 
7）A critical evaluation of the restructuring of an organization——s operational activities and the effect on the organization——s financial performance.
 
对企业运营项目的重组以及重组对于企业财务状况的影响进行关键性评价
 
8）An analysis and evaluation of the business and financial performance of an organization over a three year period.
 
评估企业近三年的业务和财务情况（需要设立comparator）

10）A review of the effectiveness of the use of costing techniques within an organization.

*注：论文选题范围可以在以上20条内选择，其他题目范围需另行申请。
 
1、从8-15开始，都需要提供近三年的财务报表。
 
2、自2016年5月起，8-15号论文选题范围将会要求学员使用业内具体企业名录，行业类别根据ICB而定（Industry Classification Benchmark，行业分类基准）。行业名录将由OBU提供，一经发布，次年的5月和11月的提交期内的8-15号论文的行业名录既定。大家可以在ACCA官网“Rap Submission”中查询，公布时间是每年的12月1日。您撰写的论文必须是围绕OBU发布的行业内的企业背景所做的分析和评估。
 
您的论文必须是关于一个企业的分析而不仅仅局限于财务分析。
 
论文的提交包含：
 
论文（RR）通过共有A，B，或C三个分数，论文的分数和该学员ACCA前九门平均成绩综合起来可确定该生学位的级别（详见具体评定图）。牛津布鲁克斯大学会计本科学位共有：First class,Upper second class,Lower second class,Third class等4个级别。决定这个RR是否通过的方面有：语言，沟通，分析是否深入，IT技术使用，参考资料使用及格式等方面。
 
论文的提交方式：
 
通过网上提交的方式上传，一年有两次提交的机会，分别在五月和十一月。
